The IOTA Implant
The one-piece IOTA implant is 3 mm in diameter and is available in two lengths, 15 mm and 12 mm. The abutment can be cut and adjusted in the mouth.
Indications
- Thin ridges
- Bone height greater than 12 mm
- Easy surgery technique
- Emergency situations
- Lower incisive sector with periodontal problems
- Immediate loading of the temporary prosthesis with splinting and underfunction
- Abutment can be cut in the mouth to ensure evenness
- Stabilization of removable prostheses
Contraindications
- Insufficient bone height (do a bone graft or use the TAU or THETA implant with submersion to 10.5 mm)
